We a have a strict safeguarding policy and procedure in place, we believe the children’s safety is paramount before anything else. When a child is in a safe environment, they can play, explore and learn. we aknowledges the importance of protecting childre n from abuse. Our policy has also been put in place to safeguard young parents, students and volunteers under the age of 18. have the right to protection, regardless of age, gender, race, cultural, background or disability. Our children When you join Bright Gems Nursery you will receive an induction pack that includes our Safeguarding policy and Procedure, the lead safeguarding officer is the nursery manager Theodora.
